"why didn't you score? how can we win if you did not score?", well, save this no-need-to-answer question to your pro-team. if you are an academy coach, this is not the question you should yell out of your lung each time your team did not win. winning is not the focus, but, if it comes, make it as a motivational agent. grassroots is basic, and the basic of the grassroots is knowledge of the game and BALL MASTERY, work on it, don't push it! remember, kids, also, just wanna have fun, not just Cyndi!
